CBT’s manufacturing is vertically integrated enabling us to be more responsive to your lead-time and support requirements. From standard components off-the-shelf to customized configurations, our focus is on front panels and enclosures. This enables us to optimize our capabilities to best meet customer demands.

CBT’s vertically integrated manufacturing for front panels – includes both sheet metal fabrication and aluminum extruding. This truly differentiates us from other front panel suppliers. A core competency of the company is the design and manufacture of front panels and extrusions. Specific XTech products include aluminum extruded products – front panels, extruded aluminum enclosures, circuit board extractors and custom aluminum extrusions, with a complete range of secondary manufacturing, assembly and finishing services.
Aluminum extrusion capabilities:
- Fully equipped aluminum billet extrusion press
- 2400 ton capability with a maximum die diameter of 8.0” (4" diameter in Xiamen)
- Extrudes at a rate of 40’ – 50’ per minute, from billets in excess of 100 lbs.
- Fully automated handling system.
- Capable of handling a wide range of volumes and configurations
