Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will drive the CBT lead generation process, utilizing various tools such as iSell, Hoovers, LinkedIn, internet searches along with active calls to potential Customers. The lead generation process will include territory, market, and account profiling and qualification. Close interaction and support of the Sales force and Application Engineering is required to understand and deliver their Sales tool requirements.

Leading our Social Media campaign along with sustainable maintenance and evolution will also be a significant role for this position.

Other duties include general research, clerical, and project based work. The Marketing Specialist projects a professional company image through in-person, email, Social Media, and telephone interaction.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales - Account Manager role provides Customers and the Regional Sales Manager “RSM” with the technical, account management and quoting support needed during the business acquisition process for tier 2 and tier 3 customers. Strong technical support and timely quotations are critical elements in the support of the sales team and customers in growing the business.  The goal is to determine OEM Customer solutions for electronic packaging products including front panels, card cages, and enclosures – and provide the necessary technical, pricing, and delivery information to capture the order. Communication in a myriad of forms is critical - particularly in direct customer communication.   The role is viewed as an entry level Inside Sales - Account Manager Position.

Position Summary

The Outside Sales - Account Manager role provides Customers with the technical, account management and quoting support needed during the business acquisition process for all new and assigned accounts and/or territory. Strong technical understanding, timely quotations and aggressive follow-up communications are critical elements in growing the business. The goal is to determine OEM Customer solutions for electronic packaging products including front panels, card cages, and enclosures – and provide the necessary technical, pricing, and delivery information to capture the order/business. Communication in a myriad of forms is critical - particularly in direct customer communication.   Other requirements include managing customer QBR’s (quarterly business reviews), supporting customer proposals, pricing roadmaps, and quote requests, and most of all ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction resulting in profitable business growth
